We support our Clients at every stage of the investment. Our services include technical due diligence, risk assessment, return-on-investment scenario analysis, and preparation and negotiation of SPA (Share Purchase Agreement) terms. We coordinate legal, technical, and tax teams, provide post-closing support, and manage communication with key stakeholders such as banks, joint venture partners, and landowners.
Origination and M&A support for energy investment projects
We help Investors identify and pursue new market opportunities aligned with their strategic goals. This includes market analysis to assess investment demand, support in establishing contacts with relevant industry players, and supporting information exchange between Investors and developers. We also identify suitable suppliers and service providers needed during acquisition, construction, or operational phases of the investment.
Technical Due Diligence
The extensive experience of the GreenArt team enables us to carry out in-depth project analysis in the form of a comprehensive report that includes a technical assessment, expert opinion, and clear recommendations. This “red flag” report reflects the actual status of the investment and outlines potential technical risks, enabling informed financial planning and risk mitigation.
Our scope of work includes evaluating energy yield and environmental aspects, reviewing contracts and permits, and assessing key technologies, including generators and BoP (Balance of Plant) components. We also conduct site visits, verify financial data – particularly CAPEX and OPEX estimates – and prepare a list of critical issues, if identified.
Commercial Management
We provide full support in overseeing the financial and operational performance of energy projects. We tailor our services to the specific needs of the project and the expectations of the investor, ensuring transparency and timely execution.
We maintain ongoing communication with the investor and support the budgeting and business planning process, monitor operational results against financial assumptions, and assist in preparing cost plans to guide proper cash flow allocation. We also prepare and submit reports to relevant government authorities as needed.
Technical Management

We monitor the quality of services provided by O&M contractors, participate in contract negotiations, select and oversee subcontractors, and develop service and maintenance plans. We ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain strong relationships with Clients and local stakeholders.
We manage and supervise contracts in terms of regulatory compliance, obligations, receivables, and guarantees. Our services include preparing operational reports, with a focus on performance analysis of wind and solar farms – including real-time monitoring of production and meteorological data.
Administrative Management
We provide full administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with current regulations. Our services cover a wide range of tasks that support the company’s formal and operational activity.
We coordinate vendor compliance processes and supervise the approval and execution of payments. We also handle document preparation for accounting, including descriptions, and handle bank account administration. Our duties include managing secretarial services, such as keeping the correspondence log, sending mail, and archiving documents and contracts. We also support the company in fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, including the coordination of administrative agreements – from collecting signatures to ensuring timely payment execution.
